A highly specialised optical, night vision lens used in tank, aircraft and weapon system sights for overseas defence forces requires checking and calibrating at maintenance intervals. The high grade lens can only be exposed in clean room conditions because dust in a normal workshop environment would degrade its effectiveness.

Clean Room Installation Services designed a suitable workshop, office and calibration facility which can be varied to meet differing site conditions but which can be shipped in pre-cut panel form with all the necessary flooring, ceilings, windows, ductwork and standard plant units.

The items were shipped in one or two containers depending on the size and assembled quickly by teams from the UK as soon as they arrived on site.

Full height wall panels and wide span ceilings in high insulation, steel faced material permitted comfortable conditions in what were, generally, very hot and dusty areas.

The design minimises potentially expensive time away so that specialists such as refrigeration enginners, ductworkers or floor layers can be scheduled to visit the site only when the area and materials are ready for them.
