Air Blast Coolers from TPC Ltd

TPC (Total Process Cooling Ltd), established in 1991, are specialists in industrial water cooling and with our application experience and UK service network, a rapid response and support to our customers is achieved.

The TPC range of air blast coolers, wetted surface and adiabatic coolers are available in V-type and flatbed configurations. Fully packaged units including pump, tank and control panel are also available reducing on site installation costs.

TPC Unit Configurations:

  • VTD: V-type, horizontal airflow, dry cooler and adiabatic versions
  • FBD: Flatbed, horizontal or vertical air flow, dry cooler and adiabatic versions
  • FBD-SK: Flatbed, horizontal or vertical air flow dry coolers with pump and control panel. All skid mounted for easy installation.
  • TBCE: Packaged box dry cooler with internal pump, tank, non-ferrous water
    system and control panel for easy installation.


Construction & Specification Options:

  • Tubes: Copper, electro-tinned copper, steel, stainless steel
  • Fins: Aluminium, aluminium coated, aluminium magnesium, copper, electrotinned, steel, stainless steel
  • Casing: Galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium painted
  • Fans: Single speed, 2 speed, variable speed
