Data transfer by USB
Kistler’s new signal conditioner with USB connectivity simplifies transfer of data from mould sensors to a PC or laptop running the popular Kistler DataFlow injection moulding process analysis software. The new unit provides up to 16 pressure or temperature channels using four signal conditioner units each providing four signal channels.
Any combination of charge, voltage and thermocouple amplifiers can be fitted into the new signal conditioner. Two new four-channel modules, a charge amplifier for cavity pressure sensors and a thermocouple amplifier for cavity temperature monitoring support Kistler’s multi-channel cabling. This system groups the outputs from up to eight sensors into a single cable to simplify setup and eliminate cable connection errors.
Use of Kistler’s single-wire connection technology makes installation of pressure and thermocouple sensors very simple, especially where space is at a premium.
