Fusion 3C plastic welding extruders from LEISTER
Increased capability and a wider choice within the LEISTER range of advanced plastic welding extruders from Welwyn Tool Group comes with the arrival of Fusion 3C. The latest addition to the range gives the user a high output for more intensive manufacturing as well as a compact design for ease of handling in confined spaces.
The LEISTER FUSION 3C is strategically placed between the smaller brother, the FUSION 2 and larger sibling the FUSION 3, and achieves a plastic output of 3.5kg/hour.
Its uses are widely recognised; precision welding of plastic pipelines, manufacture of industrial tanks & chemical containers, landfill membranes and all round general plastic fabrication where plastic sheeting and materials are generally in excess of 10mm thick.
A unique feature of the FUSION range is the cold start protection which ensures that the tool is not damaged if inadvertently activated before up to operating temperature.
