RAYTEK and IRCON Infrared Thermometers

Raytek thermal imagingThe merger of Raytek and IRCON in 2007 combined the product lines of two market leaders with more than 40 years of experience in infrared technology. The result is a wide product range of high-quality, rugged infrared thermometers and systems that cover almost any industrial application, from point measurement to thermal imaging.

One highlight of the Raytek / Ircon product range:

IRCON Maxline 2 Thermal Imaging Systems for Manufacturing

Ircon Maxline 2 systems are designed to address challenging industrial temperature measurement, thermal monitoring and process inspection demands. Each system offers automatic  calibration, ambient temperature and motion correction features that provide a true, repeatable perspective of industrial processes such as monitoring glass gobs, heating elements and mould temperatures in laser welding.

Maxline 2 software packages are available for Image Analysis,  Fibre Optic Preform Inspection, and Torpedo Car Inspection.

The infrared pyrometers and systems from Raytek and IRCON cover an overall temperature range from -40 to 3000°C. They are precise, safe, fast and reliable. They enable the user to quickly and precisely measure surface temperatures even on hot, moving or hard-to-reach targets without touching or contaminating them. Raytek and IRCON products  are used worldwide in steel and glass plants; plastics, paper and textile manufacturing; cement or lime production and in many other industries – wherever temperature plays an important role in quality control. They help to improve product quality, optimize the production process and minimize downtime and waste, thus saving expenses on a large scale.

Founded in the United States in 1962 (IRCON) and 1963 (Raytek), both companies have a long history and rich experience in infrared thermometry. Now, Raytek and IRCON products both belong to the temperature platform of FLUKE, a leading  manufacturer of electronic test & measurement devices which also includes companies such as INFRARED SOLUTIONS, HART SCIENTIFIC and DATAPAQ.
