Toggle Clamps in Stainless Steel
Under the heading Speedy Block, Elesa now offer 21 different types of toggle unit each in a variety of sizes, with the most popular of these manual types now offered in stainless steel. The over centre action of these clamps offer holding forces from 40 deca Newtons to a whopping 4500 deca Newtons.
Full range of popular Position Indicators
The Elesa DD51 and DD52 direct drive Digital Position indicators are 4 and 5 digit sealed case units in a high impact technopolymer housing which is ultrasonically welded making them ideal for shaft drive position readouts in industrial environments. This aspect has now been further enhanced by the availability of an additional front seal to prevent ingress of dust in arduous conditions, and of stainless steel reduction sleeves.
A large selection of standard ratios is available for clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation, so that generally all that is required is an operating element such as a handwheel or crank handle to complete the installation.
Stainless Steel Levelling Feet in 304 Grade
Food and pharmaceutical specifications call for high grade 304 stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and reduce bio-hazard. Consequently, for their successful range of levelling feet, Elesa (UK) chose this material to complement the glass reinforced technopolymer foot.
Construction of the levelling element is very strong to withstand high static loads; the foot structure efficiently divides the load over a wide support area, thus avoiding dangerous stress and strain. Concentric steps on the upper surface of the plastic base give a unique aesthetical appearance and aid cleaning, especially important when the elements are used on machines or equipment in the food or pharmaceutical field or where there is the specific necessity for frequent cleaning.
