One-shot thermal fuses from ATC Semitec
NEC Schott’s range of thermal fuses (Sefuse) are being manufactured to meet the WEE and RoHS directives ahead of schedule.
Since April this year, NEC have shipped its Pb/Cd-free SF/E series fuse which is approved upto 15A/250VAC and 20A/120VAC at UL. For space-critical applications, the new 3mm diameter SF/K series offers a neat solution that is now rated upto 10A/250VAC at VDE.
With temperature settings from 70 to 240 deg.C and approved to the latest IEC/EN standards, the EF series offers a simple but secure solution to provide ultimate product safety.
