The Maxima range from Hymo


Maxima
Hymo's Maxima range of lift tables is designed for truly heavyweight, high performance applications. The tables serve as materials lifts and vertical conveyors in material flow systems.

They are a integral element of production lines - in the vehicle industry, for example - and other conveyor systems in manufacturing plants worldwide. They are also used as platforms for work positioning wherever capacity and precision are both required. The larger models are often a highly streamlined part of a loading platform which lifts both a truck and its load between two levels.

The BX range includes load capacities from 1 to 3 tonnes or 6 tonnes in tandem format.

For capacities between 3 and 10 tonnes the Hymo Lift Tables type DX and LX are available. The capacities on the BX range can increase to 20 tonnes in tandem format.

In double format the double-scissor design BXX-table provides greater lift travel, such as between two floors in a building with capacities from 1 to 4 tonnes.


Hymo Lift Table BX 
Hymo BX Lift Tables provide the basis of many solutions to industrial lifting problems.

They are produced in a range of lift heights and with load capacities from 1 to 3 tons. In tandem format - type BXT - two synchronised tables fixed in line increase the total capacity of 5.5 tons.

Hymo BX tables can be customised for any application. In single, tandem or double configuration, these lift tables can withstand harsh operating conditions and are noted for their high operational reliability and long service life.

Single unit

Hymo Lift Table DX 
Hymo DX Lift Tables represent the high-capacity end of the Hymo range offering lifting capacities from 2 to 10 tons.

In tandem format - type DXT - two synchronised tables fixed in line increase the total capacity to between 4 and 20 tons and the joint platform is increased proportionately in size. This makes Hymo DX lift tables - in singel or tandem format - often the clear solution for applications with high capacity demands and where some degree of customisation is required. Hymo DX tables are used extensively in materials flow and manufacturing systems, for example in heavy board/sheet feeding and stacking, and coil and reel handling. They are an integral part of production lines - in industries such as automotive manufacturing - and other production-critical process lines. These lift tables also serve as complete loading platforms and as in-plant lifts between floor levels.

The LX range are specifically designed for loading bay applications.

Single unit

Hymo Lift Table BXX 
BXX is a double format version of the BX table - two scissor mechanisms are fixed on top of each other. This provides increased lift travel (for use between two floors in a building, for example) with capacities up to 4 tons.

Double unit

Screw Lift Table QX 
Hymo QX is an electro-mechanical screw lift table. Service is very easily done and Hymo Mek offers an extreme stability and precision. Its high performance equals fully that of a hydraulic table. Its low closed height makes it perfect for handling palletised goods.

Driving rope: planetary roller screw. Motor: 3/400/50 2.2 kW.
