Electro Mechanical Systems (EMS) offers a broad range of small motors DC motor, AC and DC linear actuators, brushless DC motors, stepper motors, gearheads, encoders, and gearheads from leading manufacturers Faulhaber, Minimotor, Valeo, Arsape, Kaehlig, and SKF Magnetic. A comprehensive range of amplifiers and controllers can be supplied suited to each of these products   Power ratings range form a few micro–watts to around 250 watts. Torques between a few mNm, and up to 750Nm. Linear thrust of up to 12000 N, at speeds from a few mille-metres per second, to 10’s of mm per second. To assist the engineer arrive at the right choice for their application, EMS has a team of technically qualified professionals, each specialised in their particular products and offering a wealth of experience and expertise Where a standard solution is not possible, EMS can work from a blank piece of paper to provide the customer a unique custom design from it’s Poole facility. The Poole factory offers CAD, development and production for runs as small as 20 to runs as large as 50,000 pieces, with the aim to avoid the compromise sometimes needed with standard products and so provide an optimised solution.
