Titan Enterprises manufacture a range of liquid flow measurement and totaliser systems, using oval gear, positive displacement, and turbine sensors. Custom engineered units are produced for OEM applications, using low cost designs moulded in engineering plastics for ¼” to 2” line sizes. The close collaboration this produces between customers and designers creates high quality, low cost sensors, which then frequently are offered for more general application. Several of these general purpose flowmeter designs feature in direct mail catalogues and stockist lists.
The materials used in the construction of Titan flowmeters are always of the highest standard, and include AISI316 stainless steel, engineering plastics and sapphire. Extensive use is made of plastic materials such as Peek and PVDF, which are also chosen for their inherently good chemical resistance.
Titan have produced several custom made flowmeters for food and beverage, vending and cellar management applications, for monitoring total liquids consumption, whether beer, water, wine or concentrates, and providing batch control and dispensing systems.
Associated with all the sensor systems are microprocessor based electronic monitoring systems, both flow rate transmitters and totalisers, including battery powered units to give stand-alone local flow indication.
