Titan Enterprises claims that their new Series 800D liquid flowmeter will make glass tube variable area flowmeters look obsolete and expensive. The Titan Series 800D has a built-in 4 digit LED instant display and a flow totaliser. For remote recording a pulse output is supplied as part of the standard unit. Each meter has a typical 15:1 flow range, wider than most conventional mechanical liquid meters, and a repeatability of +/- 0.2%: the meter range capability covers flows from 50 mL/min to 15 Litres/minute. Whether as an instant flow display or as an input to a control system or data logger, the meter is applicable to pilot plants, laboratories, cooling, dosing and blending systems. Customer configurable calibration allows precise and repeatable batch control, or the units can be factory calibrated. The new Series 800D offers unprecedented precision in a standard low-cost flowmeter.
