Ahead for protection
From Scott Health & Safety comes the Procap fully integrated headtop, combining head, eye, face, hearing and respiratory protection all in a single headpiece. Approved to the latest EN standards, Procap is designed for use with powered air-purifying respirators in demanding environments such as welding, metal processing, foundries, bulk materials handling, site demolition and decommissioning.
Procap can be combined with Scott H&S’s Proflow SC and Protector Tornado PAPRs as well as the Tornado T-A-Line. It is also available as a modular upgrade to existing users of these systems.
Procap has a high-heat polyamide shell and offers a choice of visors and optional ear defenders. The design combines with a wide elastic face seal and leatherette sweatband to fit a wide range of users, while the patented dual visor-glide system allows the wearer to smoothly retract both inner visor and optional welding shield.
The air supply connects via a freelyrotating swivel hose joint which quickly snaps and locks into place.
