CLW contact-free capacitive level switches from Sensortechnics
New CLW series of contact-free capacitive level switches from Sensortechnics are designed to detect point levels of liquids and granualr or pulverised materials.
The high or low switch point can be set by the user, with a hysteresis level of less than 25mm.
The miniature CLW device uses a non-invasive capacitive sensor and allows for complete media compatibility.
The small size of the device is designed to make it easy to integrate in OEM devices.
CLW can be mounted to the outside of a container and can measure through a range of non-metallic wall material.
An additional reference electrode featured on the CLW sensor compensates for changes in environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
Sensortechnics can also provide continuously measuring level sensors based on the same contact-free capacitive technology.
